Department of Justice and Attorney-General Fixed term (temporary) - full-time $127,842 - $136,895 per annum Generous superannuation An exciting opportunity exists within Victim Assist Queensland as a Manager - Business Improvement and Systems in South Brisbane.As the Manager – Business Improvement and Systems you will implement and manage processes to ensure the proactive development, design, continuous improvement and maintenance of Victim Assist Queensland's (VAQ) information systems.Your key responsibilities: Implement frameworks, systems and processes to enable information and performance management through statistical analysis and reporting.Identify, develop and manage business and systems projects and improvements through to implementation.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other departmental business units and the non-government sector, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of VAQ's information systems.Provide systems advice on the impacts of proposed reform on VAQ operations and develop strategies to support implementation.Manage, regulate, and report on business and system improvement activities to effectively manage risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.Contribute to VAQ's business unit planning including risk management, auditing and financial reconciliation and managing systems business continuity activities.Manage VAQ's information systems resources, policies, processes, systems and training products and ensure systems training is delivered to VAQ staff.Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by supervisory and management staff, adhering to professional standards and organisational objectives.Job Ad Reference: QLD/602046/24 Closing Date: Monday, 18 November 2024 Candidates apply for your job on: https://smartjobs.qld.gov.au/jobs/QLD-602046-24
