About the role A corporate lawyer with around 5- 9 years’ experience is sought to join the in-house team. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will advise across the business and your responsibilities will include managing corporate and commercial transactions including drafting transaction documents both international and domestic clients for a mixture of M&A, group reorganisations and public markets work. Your general commercial law work mix will include reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial agreements, such as engagement and consultancy arrangements, master service agreements, framework agreements, procurement contracts, tenders, and sponsorships as well as, relationship agreements. You will advise on commercial legal issues, such as intellectual property, information security, liability, and risk mitigation.
