Skills and Experience: Guest Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs. Express genuine appreciation when bidding guests farewell. Communication: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction. Opera PMS Experience: Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded. Flexibility: Available to work a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Valid Driver's License: A current New South Wales driver's license is required. Legal Right to Work: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available. Police Check: All successful candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check. A strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail.
