The Position
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join their team in Woodridge, Brisbane. Key responsibilities include:
* Processing debtor deposits, credit card payments and COD transactions
* Conducting daily bank account reconciliations
* Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable on a daily and weekly basis
* Overseeing payroll, payroll taxes, superannuation, workers' compensation, and staff leave entitlements
* Reconciling business expenses and credit card statements
* Assisting with ALE orders, purchasing, invoicing, and distribution of license keys
This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with a strong grasp of accounting functions and administrative support skills.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
* A degree or certificate in accounting
* Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
* Familiarity with Netsuite software, highly preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach and willingness to help as needed
* High levels of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive financial data
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with internal teams and clients
