We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join a successful shopping centre management team. Overseeing three busy and successful shopping centres based in the Central West, which see millions of customers annually, this is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions while contributing to the smooth operation of the centres. You'll be involved in managing administrative tasks, liaising with tenants, and ensuring the day-to-day activities of the centres run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Performing general office duties such as invoicing, coding, and processing payments. You will also assist with accounts reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.Tenant Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. You'll handle tenant requests and provide timely and accurate information.Accounting & Financials: Managing basic accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice generation, and coding of transactions. An understanding of accounting software and systems is essential (YARDI, Salesforce, or similar).Office Management: Handling communication, maintaining office systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations in the centres.Travel: Occasional travel within working hours across the Central West area to support the other centres and maintain good relationships with tenants.System Management: Using IT systems to manage centre operations, monitor reports, and communicate with stakeholders effectively.Skills & Experience: Proven background in administration or a similar role.Certifications: An admin/business qualification or certification is highly advantageous.Familiarity with accounting systems such as YARDI, Salesforce, or similar.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, staff, and other stakeholders.Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage competing tasks efficiently.Customer-focused with a friendly and empathetic approach.Must have a valid driver's license.IT literacy is essential, with knowledge of accounting systems and software.Experience in an admin role, related to the retail or customer service sectors is beneficial.What We Offer: On-the-job training to help you succeed in your role.Work phone and laptop provided.Competitive annual salary, including an attractive bonus system.A supportive and dynamic work environment.How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience via Seek.
