Payroll Manager for a reputable company in the Lower North Shore!
Your new company
This client specialises in managing and optimising the allocation of resources across various operations. Based in a central location, they are seeking a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis to oversee and manage the payroll team.
Your new role
Leading a team of 2, you will:
* Ensure that the entire payroll function is processed accurately and on time; you will be involved in the BAU end-to-end payroll process
* Improve payroll processes to ensure efficiency during day-to-day functions
* Be a key team member in upgrading current Payroll and Time and Attendance systems
* Produce all payroll reporting and present to various stakeholders within the business, including management such as the CFO, COO and the Finance team.
* Develop the team to upskill in their payroll career
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in system migration and implementation is highly desirable
* Must have produced reports, month-end and journals
* Exposure to payroll and time and attendance systems
* Senior-level experience in payroll career
* Must be able to work onsite Monday-Friday
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business
