About the role:
* Based @ Carine Parkside Care Community
* Full Time, Monday - Friday
* 9am – 5pm shifts

Role responsibilities and requirements:
* Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
* Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
* Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
* Liaison with external contractors where required
* Lawn and garden maintenance as required
* Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
