About you We're looking for someone who demonstrates robust advocacy and unwavering support for children in out-of-home care (OOHC). The role We are a unique practice who strives on truly meeting client needs. We engage with clients from early childhood to late adulthood and are committed to best practice and great clinical outcomes. We work closely with Foster Care services, clients funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and are registered NDIS and Medicare providers. Essential Selection Criteria Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Demonstrated clinical experience in psychosocial assessment, systematic family therapy, family/parent psycho-education, and individual counselling and behaviour management. Demonstrated proficient, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in working with a diverse range of people across all age groups. Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the clients, families and/or carers. Current NSW Drivers licence. Current WWCC or the willingness to obtain Current Police Check or the willingness to obtain Current NDIS Worker Check Covid 19 Vaccination Desirable Criteria Demonstrated experience in Out of Home Care sector Demonstrated experience or ability to work in Mental Health The Benefit s of Working for Challenge You will have access to: Competitive Remuneration: Attractive Salary for the right candidate.
