Our portfolio currently consists of over 1200 pharmacies located across VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, QLD, TAS, NT and WA.We are currently recruiting for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers to fill positions nationally.ResponsibilitiesDispensing medications and providing accurate medication counseling to patientsCollaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomesImplementing and promoting professional services such as medication reviews, vaccinations, and health screeningsContributing to the ongoing development and implementation of innovative pharmacy programsEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional standardsChecking and managing Dose Administration AidsBuying and stock control managed within Pharmacy requirementsBanking and financial systems implemented and monitoredRegulatory controls and security processes implemented and monitoredManage daily Human Resources planning, queries and follow up, provide feedback on performance to team membersManage expenses, any capital expenditure above $100 to be approved by Pharmacy Business ManagerDispense prescriptions in accordance with Pharmacy Board regulationsReport all dispensing errors and near misses, or any breach of ethics.Ensure all Dangerous Drugs and Narcotics records are up to date, check and sign all Dispensary Technician entries.
