Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Indigenous Mentor in Mount Druitt, NSW, to help Indigenous job seekers secure employment. As a result of exceptional growth, we are recruiting across multiple locations for our Workforce Australia Services program. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and will engage with local Indigenous communities.

About the Role : Mentors proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment. They achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. Mentors tailor their services for individual needs so that job seekers are supported and able to progress towards the labour market to gain and keep meaningful employment.
Do you have what it takes to become an Asurian Mentor? To be a successful Asurian Mentor, you must balance empathy in your daily work with a drive to ensure positive business outcomes. You will have solid customer service and administrative skills and the ability to build successful relationships. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration with sound computer literacy skills is an advantage.
