Implement new technology and migrate to renewable energy sources as part of enabling the net-zero emissions future.The positions can be based at Toowoomba, Townsville, Rockhampton, Maryborough, Brisbane. Amplify your impact in this diverse role, where you will:Design, configure, test and provide technical support for RTU/IED/HMIs such as CGI RTU, SACS, Foxboro RTU, and SEL RTAC SCADA devices. Also includes SCADA systems such as GE PowerOn and various simulation software.Integrate Substation and Distribution plant for data aggregation, automation, and broad network control.Work with Linux-based systems for various control and automation tasks.Utilise programming languages including IEC-61131, C, C++, Shell Scripts, Python, SQL and LUA.Implement communication protocols such as DNP3, MQTT, MODBUS, OPC, RS232/RS485 serial, and IEC 61850.Deliver quality designs, verification and design support for commissioning, operational and maintenance activities on assigned projects.You will be presented with an environment where you will be able to grow and develop your computing, networking, configuration and programming skills with emerging technologies.The remuneration for your new role is from $152,776 for a 9-day fortnight, or from $172,637 for a 10-day fortnight + 14.75% superannuation.
