Online Customer Support Assistant – Brand Collective
ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our tight knit Online Customer service team! This role will be responsible for ensuring all inbound customer enquiries are handled in a polite, timely and efficient manner.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Deliver amazing levels of service and assist customer with all inbound enquiries, via phone and email
* Identifying customer needs and provide product information
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide necessary follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collate valuable customer feedback, continuously innovate internal processes and work closely with store-based teams to ensure an excellent standard of product delivery and issue resolution
* Interact with the key stakeholder groups
* Drive a culture of positivity and enthusiasm
ABOUT YOU
* Recent experience within a customer service role within retail or similar customer facing role
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail, can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly
* The demonstrated ability to use your initiative to solve problems
* System experience & knowledge (Ap21, Gorgias or similar, are advantageous)

This is a casual position, working two days a week (ideally Mondays and Wednesdays, though we are flexible), based at our Richmond head office. There may also be opportunities to work additional hours during peak periods and to provide annual leave cover.
