Lead, mentor and develop a team of system and data analysts, and journey experts fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture and support ANZx Cross-Product platform teams. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to expand their skills and knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and other technology teams. Developing a deep understanding of ANZx Cross Product layer ecosystem. Developing a deep understanding of simplified Product Strategies being developed as part of ANZx program. You will shape and support solutions using your Banking and Technical experience to align your teams work to the ANZx Program objectives and work streams. Partnering with the Product Owner(s) within the Cross Product Platform value stream to validate requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment to value. Partnering with the Analyst/Engineers, and Architects within Cross Product Platform to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries and sequencing of User Stories. What will you bring? Good domain knowledge of Cross Product Platform assets (Zafin, Lightning, CAP, CTM). Defining end to end situational controls for the Cross Product Platform assets. Ability to adapt and grasp new skills and content as the landscape and requirements evolve. Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making. Experience in capturing and refining business requirements and assessing against system capabilities. Ability to respond and take part in facilitating continuous improvement practices. Successfully led BAU change agenda. Experience in delivery framework. Experience in working within agile environment. Experience in estimating and defining work for your squad. Successfully built a network of strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders. Experience in running workshops and gathering requirements from a broad spectrum of business and technical partners. Fosters all networks and leverages an understanding of others’ behaviour to adapt influencing style and approach to effectively collaborate, build relationships & maximise impact. Providing an independent assessment on governance, risk management, and control processes for the Cross Product Platform assets. Examples may include financial, performance, compliance, system security, and due diligence engagements.
