About the Position We are currently looking for a talented and confident Executive Assistant who likes early stage businesses and would like to join a growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to senior leaders where required. This may include, diary management, event management, travel planning, expenses management and other tasks as required.Coordinate internal and external events, meetings and activitiesProduce correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, emails and external mailingsHandle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost careDraft and submit requests for approval in internal systemsOversee ownership of the WHS functionWork closely with other areas on expense management; own the T&E claims process on behalf of the teamSupport and project manage team eventsOversee and manage supply of office needs.Travel occasionally to Samsung Electronic's Homebush campus to attend meetings and/or exchange equipmentAny other ad-hoc office administration assignmentsQualifications and Experience Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)First Aid Qualification (desirable)Extensive experience in supporting senior executives in a corporate environmentExperience working across a matrixExcellent communication skills at all levels of the businessDemonstrated experience in maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional support with respect to sensitive business mattersDemonstrate a strong attention to detail and desire to achieve agreed outcomesProven professional business acumen with strong prioritisation and organisational skillsSelf-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvementThe ability to pre-empt and foresee problems before they occur and always have a solution preparedSkills and Capabilities Solid proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office, Google Gsuite, and in particular OutlookCommitted, fast worker and able to meet and withstand the demands of a fast- paced environmentAbility to engage a small team and develop innovative ideasTenacious, focused and have the ability to self-manageStrong attention to detailAbility to maintain strict confidentialityStrong stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
