As our Senior Manager (Risk Analytics) you’ll help us lead and deliver risk-focused data and analytics projects for clients in a diverse range of industries, applying a blend of business and technical skills to deliver insights through data. You can expect to: Drive the growth of a national Risk Analytics team by supporting recruitment, capability and team building, and lead business development initiatives (including internal and external stakeholders coordination and management). Manage and design the delivery of interesting and complex analytics projects, building relationships with clients at all levels and in all sectors to become a trusted advisor to our clients. Identify areas of opportunity to further grow in the market and facilitate better outcomes for our clients. Mentoring and quality assuring teams, taking accountability for outcomes, delegating and supervising large teams, structuring engagements and engagement economics, designing innovative solutions and managing key elements of the business. Developing and maintaining influential working relationships with clients. Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training EY teams. Lead the development and roll-out of Risk Analytics solutions, tools, and methodologies within EY and for our clients. Demonstrated project and/or program management experience, with the ability to inspire collaboration and innovation in diverse project teams (both virtually and in person) and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate and present data-driven business insights. Demonstrated experience in leading business opportunity pursuits, developing business cases, and building stakeholder relationships. Ability to solve complex business problems by working with large and complex datasets, designing solutions to solve business problems using data, and developing and documenting data solutions and methods. Strong quantitative, analytical and data modelling skills, with proficiency in hands-on data analysis, data preparation, and/or data visualisation and knowledge of tools and techniques for processing data (e.g. SQL, PowerQuery, etc.).
