About You
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer service or service advisory role (preferably in automotive, RV, or caravan industries)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Detail-oriented and proactive, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

We proudly stock new and used caravans, including top brands. Due to high demand and consistent work across service, repairs, and accessories fitting, we are expanding our team and need a few more experienced Service Advisors on site.
This is a permanent, full-time position with Monday to Friday hours, offering a great work-life balance with no weekends required.
