DESCRIPTION
As the Sales Administrator you will make a positive impact in the following ways:
1. Support local project managers for project invoicing claims & processing of supplier purchase orders and invoices
2. Managing Sales forecast with sales team
3. Managing dealer & Sales teams holds
4. Monthly finance report management and submission
5. Processing of supplier invoices
6. Prepare monthly sales commission claims
7. Submit new vendor requests where required
8. Assist in collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submission by finance
9. Weekly updates on invoicing data and movements for finance
10. Assist in collating USD values for invoicing to assist finance with balance sheet hedging
RESPONSIBILITIES
To successfully be the Sales Administrator, you will have proven demonstration of the following competencies:
11. Strong SAP experience (Essential)
12. Sales Force experience (Preferred)
13. Movex experience (Would be an advantage)
14. Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
15. Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
16. Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
17. Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments
