Key Projects Large scale and high speed signal processing Real-time control systems Embedded signal processing Network interfaces and solutions High speed Communications and surveillance systems 12th December, 2024 The Person To be successful in this role, the candidate will have a combination of the following skills: Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or a related discipline). Individuals nearing the completion of their studies will also be considered. A logical approach to problem solving. An inquiring mind and a commitment to continued learning. Proficient in an Object Oriented (OO) language, preferably C++. An understanding of OO design methodologies and practices with an emphasis on Agile techniques. Understanding of real-time embedded software engineering techniques and technology as well as interfacing with FPGAs. Familiar with source code control systems and their usage. Willing and able to understand and adopt new technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
