Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Administration 2IC to join our team in the West Perth Admin office. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing outstanding customer service and support through excellent communication skills
* Assisting the Administration Manager with tasks including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books and monthly reporting
* Maintaining accurate records and files
* Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
* Developing and implementing effective solutions to customer complaints and issues
* Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
* Highly organised and possessing great time management skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Competent computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel and Word
* Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a 'can do' attitude
* Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
