Job Description
o Manage and optimise the online retail platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience for consumers.
o Lead the eCommerce team and provide mentorship to direct reports.
o Develop and implement a robust digital sales strategy.
o Deliver regular reports on eCommerce performance and insights.
o Analyse customer behaviour and sales trends to inform strategy.
o Collaborate with Marketing, Content & CRM teams to align on campaigning.
o Manage post 'go-live' testing and analysis.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have around 4-6 years of experience, along with the following criteria:
o A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
o Must have eCommerce experience within the fashion retail space.
o Proven experience managing an eCommerce platform in a retail setting.
o Strong understanding of online retail trends and customer behaviour.
o Must have experience managing and leading a team.
o Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
o Proficiency in using eCommerce software and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
