We are seeking an engaging, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Engagement Consultant to join our team. This role is essential for driving business growth through community engagement, networking, and onboarding new customers within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) space.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a passion for helping others.
As a trusted and integral part of the team, the Customer Engagement Consultant will help grow the business by building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience, and supporting the customer journey at every stage.
Responsibilities include:
1. Drive business growth by engaging with current and potential stakeholders and customers.
2. Maintain a positive customer experience and smooth onboarding for new clients in the NDIS division.
3. Support the Regional Manager in developing business strategies, setting targets, and ensuring deadlines and growth goals are met.
4. Build relationships with key stakeholders such as support coordinators, hospital liaison officers, and customers, clearly communicating the benefits of HCA services.
5. Nurture existing relationships and identify new opportunities for growth within the NDIS sector.
6. Develop a strong understanding of NDIS practice standards and HCA’s internal processes.
7. Implement and achieve agreed KPIs, customer experience goals, and strategic initiatives.
8. Efficiently manage HCA’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
9. Represent HCA at industry expos, networking events, and community meetings .
10. Develop tools and strategies to support business growth and proactively engage with potential customers.
11. Assist with marketing campaigns, including conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities within the NDIS market.
To be considered:
12. Proven experience in customer engagement, business development, or a similar role.
13. Strong communication and networking skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
14. Proactive and driven, with the ability to meet business targets and deadlines.
15. Knowledge of the NDIS sector or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt.
16. Comfortable working with CRM systems and using them with high accuracy.
17. Able to work independently while being a strong team player, supporting the broader NDIS team.
18. Event and marketing experience is a plus, including organizing and attending industry events.
