Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 DOE (Negotiable based on experience, billable targets, and team management skills)

About the position:
Are you an experienced Family Lawyer ready to lead and inspire? Our client is seeking a Senior Family Lawyer with at least 5 years of PAE in family law. You will manage a diverse range of family law cases and lead a team of Junior Lawyers and Paralegals. This role offers significant opportunities for career progression, especially for Accredited Specialists.
What will you do?
* Handle a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and domestic violence cases.
* Develop strong client relationships by providing compassionate and strategic advice.
* Represent clients in court, demonstrating your litigation skills to protect their best interests.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team, including a Principal with vast family law expertise.
* Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
* Utilise advanced legal technology and resources to deliver efficient client solutions.
* Lead, train, and develop a team of Junior Lawyers and Paralegals.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 Years PAE in Family Law, ideally within a private practice
* Accredited Specialist highly desirable
* Proven ability to achieve billable targets (4.5-7 hours per day)
* Strong leadership and team development experience
* Reliable transportation to the Sunshine Coast office
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
