Our Client FourQuarters is excited to be partnering with a provider of heavy equipment across WA. The Job As the Accounts Clerk you will be joining a collaborative team where you will be responsible for a combination of daily accounting and admin duties. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Office admin and reception functions. Processing of payroll data. Maintain data for invoicing ensuring accuracy. Ensure maintenance of data logs. Answer general queries from clients and stakeholders. Profile Previous experience in a fast paced environment as an Accounts Clerk/Officer. Demonstrated experience in data entry and invoicing. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. A high attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
