This is a role based on 14/7 roster, fly in and fly out from Brisbane or DIDO from Rockhampton.Food preparation and presentation (breakfast, crib, dinner and functions)Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)Assist with stock ordering, rotation and stocktakingMaintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensilsAdherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practicesFast, effective service provided with a smileAssisting the broader team as requiredAll about you:Certificate III Commercial CookeryFood Safety CertificationMin 3 years post-qualification experience in executing all aspects of kitchen operations and food preparation and service, preferably in a remote environmentA manual drivers' license (preferred) and forklift license (desirable)Ability and willingness to work well alone, and as part of a teamA commitment to genuine, friendly & professional customer serviceA motivated, enthusiastic and positive 'can-do' attitudeResourcefulness, resilience and creative thinkingAbility to work in a fast-paced, challenging & time-sensitive environmentPride in personal appearance & hygiene** Successful Candidates will be contacted **#J-18808-Ljbffr
