Role Details Position Title: Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud Integration Specialist)
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide SME advice on Cloud-based solutions, authentication, and identity integration Maintain, support, and troubleshoot Cloud solutions for efficiency Collaborate within agile project teams to deliver aligned technical solutions Ensure sustainability, performance, and functionality of delivered systems Apply best practices and standards across technologies (including AWS, GCP, VMWare, F5, Azure) Communicate and negotiate technical concepts effectively to technical/non-technical staff Ensure business alignment of technical solutions Contribute to knowledge and skills transfer Perform other duties as directed by the buyer Criteria

Essential Criteria Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the implementation and management of services hosted in Google Cloud services at enterprise level.
A level of understanding of inter-cloud and/or on-prem solutions including integration with identity and security elements.
Experience in CI/CD pipeline and automation practices, where practical.
Show strong commitment to learning and self-development, embracing challenging new opportunities.
Great communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders internal and external.
Working knowledge of ICT Service Delivery and best practices by having experience in application support, operations, incident and change management within a medium/large size organisation.
Desirable Criteria Work cohesively with our vendors including collaboration and escalation to account managers where appropriate.
