We are currently seeking a confident Administration Officer to join our team in our Darwin office. In this role, you will be responsible for various front of house tasks and providing excellent customer service, ensuring our clients feel valued and supported. The role also plays an important part in the firm’s administrative function and in supporting our broader Business Advisory Services team.About the positionIn this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team at Moore Australia. You will be our client's first point of contact, developing strong, ongoing relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will assist with our team’s administrative and compliance requirements.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Managing meeting room bookings, greeting clients and attending to client comfortsElectronic and manual filingMaintaining databases, including adding and removing client detailsTaking minutes and organising meeting agendasPreparation and sending of client correspondence and other required client communicationsAnswering and directing phone callsManaging incoming and outgoing mail, along with various generic email inboxesAssisting with the planning and organisation of client and staff eventsOther ad hoc administrative duties as required.About youThe ideal candidate will be a personable and proactive individual, who thrives on collaborating with others and taking on new challenges.
