The Role:
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Store Manager who will inspire and motivate both the team and customers. As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including team leadership, sales performance, and customer experience, ensuring that both team and store goals are achieved. This role requires a confident leader who can manage a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Your ability to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer service will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, train and develop a high-performing team
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
* Handle customer service challenges, including challenging personalities effectively
* Ensure store presentation and Visual Merchandising are of the highest standard
* Drive KPIs including sales
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment to meet customer demand
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in leadership- fashion and footwear preferred but not essential
* Strong operational skills, with a focus on running an efficient, customer-focused store
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
* Strong communication skills, both with your team and customers
* Experience working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics
