Job DescriptionWe are searching for a confident and energetic casual Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team based in our Melbourne Office. Working in an energetic and KPI driven environment, the candidate must be able to work under pressure, handle demanding deadlines, and be accountable for your KPIs.
You will be joining a close-knit team that supports and works closely where there is never a dull moment.
The role offers 20-30 hours per week Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend availability required.
Roles and Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of Mystery Shopping and Auditing jobs nationally.Assigning/allocating Mystery Shopping and Auditing jobs based on strict predefined parameters to ensure quality and 100% completion within client deadlines.Managing field team enquiries in relation to mystery shops and system troubleshooting.Assessing mystery shopper reports and providing feedback.Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.Outgoing and energetic personality that connects immediately with people.Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic to intermediate Excel skills.Previous experience in retail or in a call centre or ordering systems environment is desired.Must be willing to work occasional weekends.What's Next?
