About The Role
The Duty Manager will be a key player in overseeing the venue's operations, ensuring smooth management across Bistro, Bar, Functions, and Gaming. This role involves leading, training, and managing staff, with a strong focus on customer service and team management.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of Bistro, Bar, Functions, and Gaming
* Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage budgets and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Develop and implement effective rostering strategies
Your Skills and Experience
* Relevant qualifications in hospitality, including RSA & RSG
* Experience in pubs, hotels, or clubs
* Experience in gaming, P.O.S, booking systems
* Experience in running small teams of staff and providing excellent customer service and training
Your Benefits and Rewards
* Competitive salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
