About the team The Systems team is responsible for maintaining and optimising ASC's financial management information systems – TechnologyOne, processes and related controls; and developing systems that contribute to the organisation's development and achievement of its strategic goals.
About the role As the TechOne Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for all things related to the TechOne system. Your day-to-day will involve providing BAU TechOne help desk support, ensuring requests are dealt with in a timely manner. You'll help to ensure the TechOne system is secured and up-to-date, performing crucial end-of-month and end-of-year system rollovers, and assist in delivering impactful system upgrades and training sessions to end users.
Beyond the daily tasks, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial systems by assisting in developing and maintaining a comprehensive five-year roadmap. Your contributions will extend to creating and refining frameworks, policies, and guidelines that drive business outcomes. About you We are seeking candidates with strong customer service skills and a logical mindset for troubleshooting and resolving issues. While we will provide training on the specific technical components, you should have the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Experience in maintaining finance systems, delivering training, and contributing to process improvements is highly valued. Ideal candidates will be team players who embody the values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, and Teamwork and can adapt their skills to support our financial management systems effectively.
This position is offered as a FIXED TERM position until 01 March 2026, with the possibility of being extended or made ongoing.
