As a Booking Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and management of bookings for our dining venues. From handling reservation inquiries to meticulously organising intimate events, your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in providing an unforgettable dining experience for our valued guests. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both internal and external stakeholders. Please note this a 6-month secondment opportunity. A few of your responsibilities: Processing & confirm restaurant reservations and group bookings Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding expectations Collaborate with our talented culinary team to curate remarkable dining experiences Ensure thorough communication of all event information to the relevant restaurants and departments Host property famils with prospective clients, making menu recommendations, advising minimum spend requirements, theming and AV options What we are looking for: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Delphi, Opera & Resdiary is advantageous but not essential Sound knowledge of The Star Gold Coast’s Food & Beverage outlets Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Availability to work a Monday to Friday roster About you: With your exceptional organisational and communication skills, you will take pride in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
