Job Title: Claims Advisor - Unmeritorious Team
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Claims Advisor to join our Unmeritorious Team in CTP Personal Injury Claims. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing claims and applying strategies while maintaining excellent customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day tasks in a portfolio of claims, including regular contact with customers
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Obtaining and reviewing medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to assist in accurate assessment of individual claims
* Ensuring legislative compliance timeframes are met in conjunction with ongoing review of medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports
* Adepting appropriate strategies to resolve claims cost-effectively
* Providing an excellent level of customer service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured parties through compliance with legislation, timely response times, and efficiency in processing

* Strong analytical skills to determine genuineness versus fraudulent conduct
* Proactive mindset and ability to prioritise work with autonomy
* Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
* Resilient, confident, and willing to learn in a continuously changing environment
* Ability to manage in a fast-paced and high-volume space

Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
