Lancemore Mansion Hotel seeks a Kitchen Hand/Steward to assist the Executive Chef in maintaining a clean and functional kitchen environment.

To be successful, you should have:
* Chemical handling skills
* A commercial kitchen understanding
* Ability to work around the dishwasher and hot kitchen areas
* Availability to participate in a 7-day roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
* High-pressure working capabilities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Initiative and team player qualities
* Moderate weight lifting requirements
* Good personal presentation and communication skills
* A self-motivated 'can-do' attitude
Candidates will have opportunities to work in our Functions kitchen as required.
