If you are passionate about engineering and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!What you will deliverRobust and high-quality mechanical solutions that meet all applicable business and regulatory requirements.Understand system design objectives and guide mechanical team decisions.Apply engineering best practices and conduct technical analyses to develop high-quality engineering solutions.Design and execute comprehensive tests and experiments to verify and validate engineering solutions.Set, track, and forecast budgets for project mechanical efforts.Develop instrument mechanical architecture and ensure the quality of group mechanical deliverables.Lead the mechanical team to achieve quality outcomes within schedule and budget.Establish, implement, and manage build activities within Invetech’s staged development programs.Provide support for mechanical engineering product issues as needed.What you will bringDegree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.At least 6 years of relevant experience in product development, including complex electro-mechanical devices.Extensive experience across the product development lifecycle.Demonstrated design expertise in at least one of the following disciplines: robotics, fluidics, optics, mechanisms, plastic moulding, structures, or thermal control.Competency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred).Experience with various manufacturing methods and working with suppliers.Proficiency in generating technical documents, including design descriptions, test plans, and reports.Proven ability to lead, train, mentor, and coach others.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.If you are looking to join a company doing meaningful work that influences positive health outcomes and saves lives, joining Invetech as a Senior Mechanical Engineer may be just the right thing for you.Invetech recognizes the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
