As this role requires in person presence in our Perth office, having a driver's licence and the ability to drive is highly desirable for this role.A bit about the job:As Events Coordinator at our Perth office, you would provide support and assistance in the organisation of a series of Leadership Training Programmes.
You will be responsible for a number of exciting tasks, such as planning and executing events / offsites / Leadership events, managing delegate registration platforms as well as co-ordinating travel and accommodation for event attendees.
You will be managing onsite event logistics, supporting and delivering events on company premises as well as externally when required while ensuring best practice is followed in terms of cost savings, sustainability and propriety.Skills and experience we're looking for:Strong communicator - oral and writtenOrganised and diligent with an eye for detailCapable of multi-tasking & working at paceEnergetic & enthusiastic brand ambassadorResilience - calm approach and works well under pressureWhat you'll get for this role:Salary circa £32,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualificationsBonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary.
