The Senior Product Marketing Manager (Snr. PMM) will drive the go-to-market strategy for Culture Amp's core product portfolios and work alongside a team of passionate product marketers. This role requires a plethora of exciting features to market, driving awareness and user growth on the platform via innovative and creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* GTM Strategies: Drive awareness, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion among target users.
* Influencing Teams: Rally marketing, enablement & channel teams to execute GTM strategies, overseeing and guiding end-to-end delivery and continuous optimization.
* Targeting Strategy: Identify best-fit users and develop ICP/buyer personas to inform targeting efforts across Marketing, Product, CX & Sales.
* Positioning & Messaging: Own positioning and messaging for product portfolios, enabling teams to use positioning across the entire product and marketing funnel.
* Crafting Narrative: Drive awareness and demand among user base through compelling campaigns and selling tools.
* Adoption & Engagement: Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure continued adoption and engagement of product base via onboarding and retention initiatives.
* Market Insights: Source and analyze market and competitive insights, translating them into actionable workstreams for customer-facing teams to increase win-rates.
* Stakeholder Management: Connect dots between product, marketing, Customer Success, and sales, ensuring superb stakeholder management and world-class communication.
You have:
* 3-4+ years of product marketing experience: Launching products, driving user growth, enabling internal sales, marketing & support teams, delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis, and market research.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Empowering all stakeholders to support product strategies.
* Cross-functional Relationships: Building strong relationships with stakeholders from product, marketing, sales, strategy, CSSX, and research.
* Business Problem-solving: Identifying and forecasting potential business problems/opportunities and identifying appropriate ways to rectify/seize opportunities and prioritize resources.
* Complex Cross-functional GTM Launches: Running complex cross-functional GTM launches and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Compelling Positioning & Messaging: Crafting compelling positioning and messaging that drives product awareness, adoption, and growth.
* Market Understanding: Understanding the market, competitors, and core customer audience, identifying essential trends and rectifying problems as they arise.
* Prioritization Skills: Juggling multiple projects at once and having strong prioritization skills.
