People are at the core of what we do, if you are looking for a fast growth environment that will allow you to produce meaningful work with great people, keep reading Your role We are the largest Australian manufacturer of bar soaps, liquid bleach and firelighter cubes and looking to expand our Finished Goods Warehouse Team in Shepparton, Victoria. You will provide excellent customer service by responding to in-bound calls, processing orders, claims and enquiries. No two days are ever the same in this exciting role, it’s a great chance to work as part of a collaborative, friendly and supportive team This is a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform general office and administrative duties, including data entry and accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with your team to foster a positive, supportive work environment and contribute to improving customer service processes.
