In this role, you'll manage the Design and Build of pipelines in Azure Data Factory, mentor peer and team members on ETL and Data modelling best practices. You will also be able to read Data Models created by Analyst in SQL, Python or Alteryx and to translate them into Azure Data factory ETL pipelines or Stored procedures for loading into the Data Warehouses. You will also need to ensure ETL codes are maintained in the Code repository (GIT/GITHUB) so that code/objects can be shared across all Environments. you will also represent the Data and Analytic team in Architecture and governance forums and explain complex concepts with technical and non-technical users. About you We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who has the ability to manage time and meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities. A recent Three (3) years’ experience working in Microsoft Azure Cloud in a Data Warehouse environment and strong knowledge of T-SQL and complex querying of data. Hands on experience using SQL and Strong knowledge of MS Azure Cloud Platform services and associated administration (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Key Management).CI/CD experience working with Azure DEVOPS and associated deployment strategies.
