Join our Prudential Assurance team based in Sydney and lead the planning, prioritisation and completion of independent reviews of processes and controls in place to support compliance with prudential requirements.

What role will you play?

Leading a small team, you will guide review planning, fieldwork and reporting. You will drive the annual planning and ongoing prioritisation of reviews, provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure each review is insightful.
What you offer

* 5+ years of financial services assurance, audit or controls advisory experience
* People management experience
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and with initiative to deliver planned reviews

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
