IncuBeta is growing, and we are looking for ambitious and fun colleagues to join our global club and excite our clients. The Role Be the driving force for growth both for the client and IncuBeta. This includes leading client strategy, meetings, preparing case studies, and partner engagement. Support clients in delivering the most impactful and efficient digital media strategies and help them analyze the data, trends, and performance. Help clients create detailed digital media plans across all key disciplines to reach their KPIs. Ensure all campaigns are up and running, which means you are responsible for the budgets and monthly invoices. Work alongside a team of media consultants to drive and lead your dedicated Support Team, ensuring they consistently deliver the right outcomes. About You Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related subjects. Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing in account management or a related role. Native level of English in writing and speaking. Strong commercial acumen, client-oriented, and highly motivated. Proven experience and knowledge in Account Management on client or agency side. A true people person - comfortable with collaboration and can build internal relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales/Consultants/Ad Operations). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong paid media knowledge and commercial acumen are a must; other related skills are highly regarded.
