Maintain operational management of the Wide Bay Subacute Older Persons Unit with a multidisciplinary team perspective, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, in the provision of quality clinical services to stakeholders/consumers/families and carers of the Wide Bay Subacute Older Persons Unit. Actively lead the identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of services to the local service area.
