The goal is to further advance Aon’s standing as the market-leader in the Professional & Financial Lines Insurance space.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney offices.What the day will look likeYou will be responsible for:Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience primarily across financial institutions, professions and mid-market complex placementsAssisting the National team with advice regarding their clients’ insurance programs and placing their financial lines coversDesigning appropriate servicing and risk management solutionsIdentifying revenue enhancement opportunities within the designated portfolioContinual business development within new and existing accounts to cross-sell the full spectrum of Aon servicesProviding market insights and placement strategies to clients and colleaguesManaging essential interface with Client Service Support, Claims and Broking teams.Skills and experience that will lead to successA broking or underwriting background with financial lines placement experienceExperience managing your own client portfolio or ability to demonstrate your client service or consultancy capabilitiesA strong pro-active, resourceful, and persistent approach to business developmentFirst-class communication, report writing, and presentation skillsAn innovative and collaborative approach, with a team player attitudeDrive and passion to succeed and develop as an individual.In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
