Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the operations manager deliver the current planned maintenance, minor works and projects for Education sites.
* Prepare tender documents, estimates, and project packages.
* Supervise construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.
* Conduct building inspections, including asbestos sampling.
* Maintain & build high-quality client relationships.
Requirements:
* General Supervisory Skills with experience in construction/maintenance.
* Current Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) General Safety Induction Card.
* Construction-related trade qualification
* Open Driver’s License, knowledge of building construction and maintenance regulations, and strong leadership skills.
* Basic computer skills to manage documentation and reports.
