ABOUT THE ROLE We have some amazing opportunities for proactive and solutions focused Planners at all levels to join the Cotton On Group. We are looking for Planning Analysts, Assistant Planners and Planners across our brands to enable our vision by providing planning and analysis of sales performance and stock/purchasing control that will ensure we are maximising sales and identifying any opportunities. Our Planning teams focus on providing performance analysis insight and recommendations to your team so that they can make informed planning decisions that drive profitability for the brand. You will be responsible for preparing reports and analysing data, in line with trade and milestone timelines, as well as identifying any opportunities and risks that may impact the brand. If you are passionate about strategic and analytical decision making and want to play a powerful part in delivering amazing products to our customers, then a role in Planning could be for you. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance, Analytics is highly regarded Demonstrated experience working as a Planning Analyst / Assistant Planner / Planner Exposure to sales budgets and experience using historical data to predict future trends Confidence in your analytical skills to make high-impact decisions regarding your category Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail Knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Management Understands the implementation of technology and how it impacts supply chain strategies Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
