Customer Service Officer (concierge) | 4 Month Contract $34.01 p/h Super 4 Month Contract Dubbo About the Role Up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week The successful contractor will be working between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 12:30pm Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays). As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with a wide range of transactions and inquiries. Whether face-to-face, over the phone, or digitally, you’ll ensure each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Key accountabilities include: Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Assist customers with inquiries, applications, and transactions. Provide clear and accurate information about available services. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
