Senior HR AdvisorExperienced HR Advisor with strong compliance and administration is required to join a leading Australian manufacturer.Your new companyHays has partnered with Australia's largest and trusted supplier of education and office furniture, known for their commitment to quality and innovation. With an excellent reputation and brand presence, they have a strong market presence across the East Coast and wider Australia.Your new roleAs a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:Ensure HR policies and contracts are updated and compliant whilst conducting regular reviews of changes and preparing HR reports.Manage performance tracking and compliance schedules, including employee records.Responsibility for WHS, including workers compensation and return to work plans, whilst supporting the WHS Officer.Lead and implement HR best practices and policy updates, contribute to HR planning and budgeting and ensure HR aligns to business needs.What you will need to succeedAt least 5 years in HR with a focus on compliance, WHS, and handling sensitive cases.Proven ability in HR policy development, process implementation, and legal compliance, with a strong knowledge of Modern Awards, Fair Work legislation, WHS laws, and workers' compensation.Experience in workforce planning, risk management, and data analysis to provide strategic insights.Skilled in HRMS, performance management systems, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite.What we can offer youBe based in the beautiful Sunshine Coast.Positive work environment.Work for a fast-growing Australian owned business.If this role sounds like you, forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or for further information you can contact Enya Gallagher on or.
