About the role Reporting to the Head of Digital and Payments, the Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for supporting implementation of the digital strategy and roadmap, open banking initiatives, and Member experience enhancements. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align digital projects with business objectives and ensure seamless integration of new technologies. About you We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Banking Specialist to join our Digital, Technology & Payments team. You will be responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of our digital strategy, open banking initiatives, and member experience enhancements. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Digital banking platforms including internet banking and banking apps Knowledge of the Australian open banking ecosystem Exposure to the AUSPAYNET standards and the Australian payments landscape Experience in finance, IT, or a related field, supported by a bachelor's degree or relevant certification Track record of successfully implementing digital strategies and enhancing member experience Excellent analytical skills with a focus on innovation and forward-thinking solutions Ability to work collaboratively within a team to drive projects to successful completion Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in digital banking How to apply Submit your application as soon as practicable.
