Your role will involve:Empowering our Senior and Pool Lifeguard teams to excel through continuous development in supervision, incident response, and exceptional customer care.Maintaining high operational standards, ensuring our aquatic facilities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.Building strong relationships with patrons and the community to enhance engagement and encourage active, healthy lifestyles.Enhancing service excellence, driving innovation by identifying and implementing improvements that elevate our operations and amplify our positive impact on the community.About You:We're looking for a motivated, community-minded leader who is excited about the impact of exceptional aquatic services.
