2XM Healthcare is seeking an experienced AOD Practitioner/Counsellor to join a well-established and highly regarded organisation providing vital support services across Rural WA.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments, interventions, and clinical support for individuals with AOD dependency and dual diagnosis disorders. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, relapse prevention strategies, and case management support. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with regulatory and organisational standards. Facilitate and participate in community engagement activities, clinical meetings, and stakeholder collaborations. Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery. What's on Offer

Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Nursing, or Counselling Extensive experience working within the AOD and mental health sector Strong ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated experience in community development and stakeholder engagement Valid National Police Clearance and WA Driver's License (own vehicle required) How to Apply
