About the role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing effective, flexible, and high-quality care to the residents at our Point Frederick NSW SIL. You will be working in a residential setting for individuals that may have complex needs in accordance with their personal support plans.
We are recruiting casuals for our morning shift Monday to Sunday for short early morning shifts, afternoon shifts with the occasional active night shifts SCHADS award level 2.1 $41.76 per hour (casual rate).
Duties:
* Working with a person-centred approach, promoting choice, wellbeing, and health of the residents.
* Ensuring the effective implantation of person-centred plans.
* Interacting positively and appropriately with residents, their families, and stakeholders.
* Giving timely and adequate advice to the Team Leader regarding allocation of resources and reporting incidents.
* Providing personal care, assist in daily needs and more.
* Participating as a member of a team and contribute to positive teamwork.
Requirements:
* First Aid and CPR Certification.
* NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle
* Working with Children Check.
* NDIS workers check.
